Canadian premiere

Fifteen years ago, Una and Ray had a relationship. They haven’t set eyes on each other since… Now she’s found him again.

Studio 180 presented the Canadian premiere of David Harrower’s gripping, surprising and utterly unforgettable drama. Winner of the 2007 Olivier Award for Best New Play, this explosive work was the hit of the Edinburgh International Festival in 2005 and a smash on London’s West End and off-Broadway.

Directed by Joel Greenberg (Stuff Happens, The Laramie Project) and featuring Jessica Greenberg (Hana’s Suitcase, Offensive Shadows) and Hardee T. Lineham (Crave, Stuff Happens), Blackbird marked the beginning of Studio 180’s exciting partnership with The Canadian Stage Company.
